• Oversee the complete recruitment process for healthcare and administrative roles.
• Identify, evaluate, and interview candidates using diverse recruitment methods.
• Organize interviews and facilitate communication between hiring managers and candidates.

• Advertise job openings and oversee postings on various recruitment platforms.
• Assist in onboarding and managing employee documentation processes.
• Provide support with HR administration, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance documentation.
• Facilitate communication among employees, management, and HR teams.

• Contribute to employee engagement and HR operational initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and employment regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR coordination.
• Preferred experience in healthcare recruitment or healthcare administration.
• Familiarity with software platforms such as Indeed and similar recruitment tools is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup.
• Experience collaborating with U.S.-based teams or healthcare systems is advantageous.
