Recruiter, Hiring – Talent Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of searches from initiation through to offer and onboarding.

• Oversee the comprehensive hiring process for multiple roles and clients.

• Conduct structured screening calls and navigate candidates through the recruitment journey.

• Collaborate directly with clients and hiring managers to grasp their needs and role specifications.

• Provide insights on hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and define what constitutes a successful hire for each search.

• Develop candidate pipelines utilizing diverse channels beyond LinkedIn.

• Attract passive candidates through thoughtful and customized outreach efforts.

• Implement structured hiring processes using repeatable workflows, templates, and best practices.

• Establish and oversee pipelines in Ashby (our main ATS), including stages, workflows, and templates.

• Play a role in enhancing Outcapped’s recruiting workflows, templates, and playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, taking charge of end-to-end searches.

• Proven experience in scaling organizations and functioning effectively amidst uncertainty.

• Comfortable engaging directly with hiring managers and providing clear, informed recommendations to shape hiring decisions.

• Robust sourcing experience in building pipelines that extend beyond LinkedIn.

• Proactively seek to utilize tools, including AI, to reduce manual tasks and enhance the hiring process.

• Familiarity with Ashby (or a comparable ATS).

• Excellent, professional communication skills and a strong commitment to follow-through.
