This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Facilitate an in-depth job scope meeting with the hiring leader to outline the position specifications.
• Review candidates who have submitted applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to the position requirements.
• Create and oversee recruitment marketing strategies or sourcing plans.
• Identify candidates using resume databases, search engines, and networking platforms employing Boolean search techniques.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by coaching them on logistical details, interview schedules, suitable attire, and overall expectations.
• Create and implement phone interview templates that align with the job description.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the hiring leader to establish offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines.
• Deliver precise and timely reporting of recruiting activities to both the hiring leader and Cielo leadership.
• A high school diploma is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A minimum of two years of recruiting experience with a proven track record in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like BrassRing and social media tools.
• Skilled in Boolean search methods for candidate sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.
