Recruiter, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Participate in the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

• Develop recruitment materials, mentor hiring leaders, and provide guidance.

• Identify, screen, and conduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with leadership and team members.

• Utilize knowledge of recruitment sources and tools to identify suitable candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Workday ATS is strongly preferred.

• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in recruitment.

• Ability to manage your own requisition workload effectively.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proven track record of successfully filling positions.

• Strong experience with Boolean search techniques.

• Proficiency in both English and German, in written and spoken forms.
