This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from sourcing candidates to their onboarding.
• Identify and source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, OLJ, and various other avenues.
• Perform interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Develop talent pipelines to meet both current and anticipated hiring requirements.
• Keep ATS records updated and maintain recruitment documentation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Proficient sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and various recruitment tools.
