This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding them.
• Identify, evaluate, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Organize interviews and maintain ongoing communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for recruitment activities.
• Leverage recruitment platforms and CRM systems to effectively manage candidate pipelines.
• Monitor candidate progress and guarantee prompt follow-up throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding processes and various recruitment administration tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address hiring needs and workforce planning initiatives.
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all recruitment-related activities.
• Provide support for additional recruitment and administrative responsibilities as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment is essential.
• Preference for candidates with recruitment experience in healthcare, ABA services, or staffing sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Must demonstrate professionalism and articulate communication.
• Proficiency in using JazzHR is required.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is essential.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and follow-up proficiency are required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setting.
• Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills are necessary.
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment are required.
