This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Play a key role in attracting talented individuals to support our mission of creating a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor, overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across different business units.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to craft effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop robust talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Influence our talent strategy while embodying our culture of integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.
• An advanced degree with 3 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or corporate settings.
• Preferred areas of study include Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems; knowledge of Workday is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing, and social media recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment across various business functions.
• Advanced skill set in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for metrics presentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultation abilities across all levels of the organization.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to provide insights and facilitate decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
• Additional language proficiency is advantageous (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin).
• Demonstrated success in building relationships and influencing others through collaboration.
• Experience in metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and leveraging data for recruitment insights.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Experience representing the company at recruitment events and career fairs.
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
