Recruiter, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, and others.

• Engaging in direct outreach to prospective candidates and performing preliminary interviews.

• Managing applicants and coordinating the recruitment process effectively.

• Organizing and synchronizing interviews with hiring teams.

• Developing and sustaining a robust candidate pool.

• Assisting in the enhancement of current recruiting processes.

• Overseeing and maintaining applicant information in Personio.

• Collaborating closely with HR and relevant departments.

• Ensuring professional communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Some experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.

• Preferably experienced with Personio or similar ATS systems.

• Possessing a confident and professional demeanor in candidate interactions.

• Strong communication abilities and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently, reliably, and in a solution-focused manner.

• High commitment level and professional handling of sensitive information.

• Affinity for digital recruiting processes and contemporary tools.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
