This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee the complete recruitment process: from intake and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
β’ Serve as a reliable partner to Hiring Managers, offering insights on talent availability, market trends, recruitment strategies, and process expectations.
β’ Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and/or blue-collar positions.
β’ Collaborate effectively with sourcers and onboarding coordinators, providing them with the necessary information to facilitate their processes. Ensure precise data management and adherence to workflow compliance within the ATS.
β’ Achieve established service level agreements (SLAs) while promoting an excellent candidate experience.
β’ At least 2 years of prior experience in recruitment, whether in RPO, in-house, or agency settings.
β’ Preferred experience in manufacturing, corporate, or service roles related to renewable energy.
β’ Excellent communication skills and effective stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Success Factors, as well as sourcing tools.
β’ A strong desire to contribute to a high-performing team is essential.
