This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end selection processes for European clients, ensuring a professional, approachable, and transparent experience for both the client and candidates.

• You will be responsible for gathering profiles, managing complete processes, and representing the value of Ekalon's service with autonomy, clarity, and excellent communication.

• Full management of recruitment processes, including profile gathering with the client (key questions, clarification of needs, adjustment of expectations).

• Posting job offers and managing the ATS.

• Active sourcing, filtering, and conducting initial interviews.

• Presenting well-argued shortlists with professional judgment.

• Relationship and communication with clients, participating in kickoff and follow-up meetings.

• Explaining and defending selection decisions (fit, risks, strengths).

• Maintaining clear, professional, and timely communication.

• Management and organization of the process, handling multiple vacancies in an orderly and methodical manner.

• Tracking internal KPIs and client deadlines.

• Documenting progress in internal tools (ATS, databases, tracking).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or personnel selection, managing end-to-end processes.

• Experience handling recruitment processes through ATS.

• French language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.

• High autonomy, independent judgment, and ability to resolve issues without constant supervision.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Critical thinking.

• Organization and method for managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Tolerance for frustration.

• Achievement orientation and responsibility for deadlines.

• Desirable: Familiarity with the ZOHO environment (Email, Projects, CRM).
