This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete recruitment process for high-volume staffing needs in production, post-production, and digital support positions.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to identify, evaluate, and successfully fill key mid-to-senior level creative and corporate roles.
• Work closely with Department Heads to expedite the candidate interview process.
• Utilize social media platforms, industry networks, and digital communities to connect with digital-native talent.
• Ensure every candidate has a positive, seamless, and responsive experience.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (BambooHR) and recruiting trackers with a high level of accuracy.
• Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring strong attention to detail and candidate care.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the creator or digital production industry.
• Familiarity with the current social media landscape (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and knowledge of creative and production terminology.
• Ability to identify the 'scrappy, entrepreneurial, social-first' characteristics essential for success in a leading digital studio.
• Highly organized and self-driven.
