This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for 12–15 positions, ranging from individual contributors to leadership roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create recruitment strategies, and attract top talent.
• Develop and nurture proactive talent pipelines in digital marketing, media, creative, technology, and corporate sectors.
• Identify and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and innovative sourcing methods.
• Perform recruiter screenings, coordinate interviews, and offer candidate recommendations and feedback.
• Guide candidates through each phase of the interview process while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Negotiate job offers and assist with offer acceptance to secure candidates.
• Handle multiple requisitions while balancing competing business priorities.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and Talent leadership regarding hiring progress, market analysis, and pipeline status.
• Keep accurate candidate records, recruiting metrics, and reports in Lever.
• Report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Contribute to full-cycle recruiting efforts within digital marketing and corporate functions.
• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic environment.
• Ideally, experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting digital marketing, media, creative, technology, and corporate talent at various levels.
• Strong ability to establish consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with Lever or a similar Applicant Tracking System.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to juggle multiple searches and shifting priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to influence and establish credibility at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience in utilizing recruiting metrics to shape hiring strategies.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
