Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes for both technical and operational positions.

• Oversee searches for key roles while proactively engaging with potential candidates.

• Strategically identify and follow up with passive candidates.

• Ensure hiring teams are well-informed and prepared for effective interviews.

• Act as a consultative partner for hiring managers and departmental leaders.

• Provide essential information regarding roles and interview panels, as well as schedule and confirm interviews.

• Execute insightful candidate interviews.

• Maintain high standards of data hygiene and integrity by recording every interaction with candidates.

• Guarantee a positive experience for all individuals interacting with our team.

• Maintain process adherence while exhibiting a collaborative team spirit.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS/CS degree or other relevant undergraduate qualification, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within in-house settings, including at least 3 years focusing on technical roles.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (mandatory).

• Background in recruiting for robotics, IoT, industrial automation, or similar sectors (such as logistics and supply chain, manufacturing).

• Capability to connect with, communicate effectively with, and strategically evaluate candidates across all levels, from entry-level to leadership.

• Demonstrated creative sourcing skills—both within LinkedIn Recruiter and beyond—along with excellent messaging and follow-up abilities.

• Capacity for strategic thinking and innovation.

• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to both receive and provide constructive feedback.

• Skill in fostering effective relationships with hiring teams and stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail in all tasks.

• Emphasis on customer service and empathy.
