This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• The Recruiter will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Collaborate with recruiters to draft job descriptions that assist Hiring Managers in identifying and qualifying suitable candidates.
• Coordinate essential recruiting efforts and work collaboratively to retain our teams.
• Partner with various hiring teams and key stakeholders to tailor recruiting strategies for each position.
• Foster a positive candidate experience from the initial contact through scheduling and during both video and in-person interviews.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently to ensure comprehensive HR project and operational management.
• Provide guidance to hiring teams on establishing a robust recruiting process focused on high-quality hiring.
• Implement innovative recruiting methods to identify, headhunt, and attract top talent.
• Evaluate current and anticipated openings within each Team to ensure effective fulfillment of requests.
• Collaborate in the creation and development of market compensation comparisons across various specialties.
• Ensure that all stakeholders feel informed, understood, and respected through genuine and positive communication.
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and core competencies for all roles.
• Collaborate in creating and developing a job structure framework.
• Serve as a brand ambassador through actions.
• Ensure effectiveness in recruiting, testing, and interviewing processes.
• Educate hiring teams on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing interviews, and recommending changes.
• Prepare new talent for onboarding, collaborating with departmental SMEs to create new hire orientations and training and development programs for ongoing support.
• Demonstrate proven success in identifying passive candidates promptly through creative recruiting strategies.
• Have a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations pertinent to the recruitment function.
• Lead key talent acquisition initiatives through project management and cross-functional partnerships.
• Manage SaaS, ATS, or other hiring technologies to enhance recruitment efforts and optimize the end-user experience.
• Oversee the full recruitment life cycle across various open roles, assisting management in finding, hiring, and retaining quality talent.
• Build and nurture high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent for future openings.
• Continuously collaborate with the recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
• Stay updated with job boards, social networks, and platforms to attract talent and plan, create, and publish job descriptions and announcements.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, from preparation to assisting with final offer negotiations.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and terminated employees, and other candidate relationships.
• Follow up on the status of the interview process and update records in the internal database.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior recruiting team members.
• Manage vendor relationships, including SaaS, ATS, background and drug screening vendors, and temporary staffing agencies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related Business field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting is required.
• Proficiency in Google Applications and iCIMS is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within Human Resources and effectively engage with other departments.
• Capacity to shift focus, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in recruiting within the Medical Industry is mandatory.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
