This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with top-tier talent while proactively establishing and maintaining a digitally-focused candidate network.
• Evaluate candidates and deliver timely, consistent feedback to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to enhance recruiting initiatives, improve hiring effectiveness and process efficiency, and support the training and mentorship of new recruiters.
• Conduct recruitment for positions ranging from Intern to Associate Director level.
• Encourage candidate referrals.
• Identify candidates through internet job boards, employee referrals, search engines, and web resume mining techniques.
• Manage relationships with multiple hiring managers across various US offices.
• Stay updated on trends and developments in digital marketing.
• Guide candidates through the interview process, set expectations, provide feedback, and negotiate and finalize offers.
• Share regular updates on recruitment status with the People Operations team and hiring managers.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements and establish recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate in-person and phone interviews across different time zones.
• Maintain recruitment tracking and reporting, and enhance existing reports.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system fully and accurately.
• Lead and engage in training sessions for hiring managers.
• 2–3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in an ad agency is preferred.
• Preferred experience in recruiting and filling digital marketing and/or ad tech roles across various levels of seniority.
• Proven ability to develop consultative relationships with hiring managers or clients.
• A proactive mindset with a desire to deepen knowledge of the digital marketing industry.
• Organized and process-oriented approach to staffing and onboarding.
• Strong experience with at least one applicant tracking system.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically while working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States; this position does not qualify for immigration sponsorship.
