This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee the complete matching process, ensuring prompt and high-quality candidate submissions that meet client specifications.
• Analyze job descriptions and confirm role viability in accordance with internal standards and the capabilities of the talent pool.
• Execute job postings on internal platforms and sourcing channels to draw in qualified candidates.
• Keep precise and current records in the CRM, encompassing candidate statuses, interview feedback, and process notes.
• Organize and coordinate candidate interviews, guaranteeing a seamless and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
• Communicate proficiently with internal stakeholders (Sales, Client Consultants, Talent Partners) to ensure coherence and efficiency in processes.
• Offer structured feedback and suggestions based on candidate assessments and client expectations.
• Track pipeline progress to ensure that all roles are consistently advancing within set timelines.
• Assist in continuous improvement efforts by recognizing process gaps and recommending solutions.
• Conduct the job offer meeting with the selected candidate to formally present the role details, evaluate the candidate’s commitment and alignment, address any inquiries, and successfully finalize the job offer process.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or candidate coordination.
• Capability to manage a high volume of candidates while juggling multiple roles and priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidates' suitability against job requirements.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional and clear communication abilities with candidates and team members.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Results-driven with an emphasis on accuracy and adherence to timelines.
