This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Identify and attract outstanding talent across both the US and European markets.
• Develop talent pipelines for specialized technical positions, including AI/ML Engineers, Research Engineers, and Product Engineers.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs, AI safety, infrastructure, and cutting-edge technologies to effectively evaluate candidates and articulate opportunities.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates’ technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and cultural fit.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and continuously enhance hiring processes, tools, and workflows.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing technology firms or startups.
• Experience in hiring across both the US and European markets.
• Proven success in closing technical and engineering positions.
• Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and contemporary AI systems.
• Ability to confidently discuss topics such as LLMs, AI safety, model training, inference, evaluation, agent systems, and machine learning workflows.
• Highly proactive and resourceful in sourcing hard-to-find talent.
• Skilled in building relationships with passive candidates and managing intricate hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment characterized by ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Proficient in English (C1+ level, both spoken and written).
• A significant advantage: experience in recruiting AI Engineers, Research Engineers, Applied Scientists, or AI Researchers.
• A significant advantage: experience hiring for AI startups, research organizations, or developer-centric companies.
• A significant advantage: familiarity with modern sourcing tools, recruitment automation, and AI-enhanced recruiting workflows.
