This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive recruitment and selection process (from start to finish) for Core Team roles.

• Provide strategic support for technology positions (Tech Recruitment), aiding the Talent Acquisition team in locating specialized profiles for global projects.

• Execute screening, proactive sourcing, competency-based interviews, and ensure alignment of profiles with hiring managers.

• Conduct interviews in English to assess candidates' language proficiency and cultural compatibility.

• Guarantee an outstanding Candidate Experience throughout every phase of the process.

• Help enhance UBIMINDS' Employer Branding.

• Engage in endomarketing initiatives and employee engagement activities to promote a robust organizational culture.

• Support People Operations and general HR requests, ensuring operational excellence during times of reduced recruitment activity.
