Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• End-to-end recruitment for Case Managers, Paralegals, Settlement Supervisors, and Settlement Specialists

• Evaluating applicants, qualifying candidates, and conducting pre-screening via phone or video

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews following our structured cadence

• Actively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referral channels

• Managing referral pipelines and tracking commissions for referred hires

• Ensuring ATS hygiene, reporting on pipelines, and documenting processes

• Developing and continuously enhancing your recruiting system

• Utilizing AI-driven workflow automation: leveraging Claude and ChatGPT for large-scale screening, drafting job descriptions, and creating repeatable processes

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–8 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume corporate or agency setting

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple open positions concurrently while maintaining quality

• Outstanding organizational skills with a preference for systems over reliance on memory

• Excellent communication skills — acting as a brand ambassador to every candidate

• Proficient in technology: comfortable with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and productivity software

• Familiarity with AI — understanding and actively utilizing Claude is essential

• Experience with ChatGPT or other LLM-based recruiting automation (Nice to Have)

• Background in recruiting for legal, healthcare, or other high-volume professional services roles (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of commission-based or performance-incentivized compensation structures (Nice to Have)

• Experience in building referral programs or managing referral pipelines (Nice to Have)
