Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting process for the Tiger Analytics team in Mexico.

• Identify, evaluate, and arrange interviews with panels and hiring managers.

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for future positions.

• Manage the ATS system, gather feedback, and fine-tune the recruiting process.

• Attract and engage talent ranging from senior consultants to leadership roles.

• Organize interviews and handle offers and negotiations with guidance from hiring managers.

• Establish partnerships with external recruiting agencies or contractors.

• Assemble the talent team and potentially take ownership of recruiting for a specific business unit or vertical.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a recruiter.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience in a consulting firm with global operations is highly desirable, especially with experience in the US or Canada.

• Proven experience in recruiting talent for data science, analytics, data engineering, and machine learning engineering roles.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.

• Familiarity with work visa and immigration processes is an advantage.

• Must possess work authorization in Mexico; the company is currently not sponsoring work visas.

• Proactive and self-driven, capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, expanding company.
