• Recruiters will identify, qualify, and assess candidates seeking per diem or travel employment in line with established protocols.
• Engages potential candidates through recruiting platforms, authorized social media channels, employee referrals, and on-site sources to enhance the candidate pipeline and bolster in-house recruitment efforts.
• Designs and implements recruitment strategies utilizing the latest techniques and media.
• Cultivates networks and builds relationships to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for anticipated vacancies, facilitating timely staffing solutions.
• Oversees the Applicant Tracking System and job postings to guarantee that content appeals to qualified candidates.
• Tracks and reports on vacant positions and applicant statuses to Leadership on a weekly basis.
• Manages the pipeline of potential TRA network employees.
• Conducts qualifying discussions with candidates to assess their alignment with Tenet Health’s current or future hiring requirements. At a minimum, the following details should be evaluated: Experience including certifications/specialties, States where they hold current licenses, Interest in Travel and/or Per Diem assignments.
• Primarily sources all licensed and certified positions.
• Calculates salary and presents and negotiates job offers.
• Sends an application link along with relevant assessments and checklists to qualified candidates.
• Provides ongoing follow-up regarding the completion of applications, required tests, and skills checklists.
• Initiates candidate onboarding responsibilities and notifies the onboarding team while finalizing hiring documents in Red Carpet.
• Maintains processes and procedures for applicant selection and pre-employment/post-offer screening.
• Closes job requisitions in accordance with departmental policy, updating unsuccessful candidates on their application status.
• Collaborates with the operations team to offer synergy and support for Tenet markets.
• Understands market dynamics and applies appropriate discussions with candidates.
• Ensures adherence to corporate policies.
• Keeps employee databases current, including updates to data, personnel information, and status changes.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Labor Standards in managing all compensation practices.
• Prepares various reports as needed.
• Anticipates and resolves issues based on customer needs and expectations.
• Strives to meet and surpass monthly hiring targets.
• Maintains confidentiality and proper access to all employee information.
• Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or sales.
