Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for the complete recruiting process at Teaching Socials, encompassing everything from outbound sourcing to the signing of employment contracts.

• Active sourcing and talent scouting utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, communities, and events.

• Pipeline management and initial contact, including phone outreach, qualification calls, and fit assessments using scorecards.

• Job profile and job description development: collaborating with hiring managers to refine requirement profiles and crafting optimized job postings.

• Funnel management: screening candidates, shortlisting, coordinating and conducting interviews, administering case tasks, and checking references.

• Stakeholder engagement: maintaining close coordination with hiring managers and establishing clear next steps.

• Distribution: posting job listings on boards and relevant channels while building and maintaining talent pools.

• Reporting: preparing weekly reports that cover sourcing activities, interviews, offers, time-to-fill metrics, and offer acceptance rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a preference for agency, consulting, or high-growth environments.

• Demonstrated success in outbound sourcing and successfully filling challenging roles.

• Expertise in interview techniques and selection processes, such as structured interviews and scorecards.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent databases, along with excellent research capabilities.

• Proficiency in German (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.

• A data-driven approach: you operate based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
