• Reach out to candidates via phone to conduct brief interviews.
• Maintain and update online records of candidates.
• Ensure accuracy and currency of Excel sheets and records (data management).
• Oversee emails and calendars using Outlook.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the recruitment team.
• Handle overflow calls and take comprehensive messages.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration or recruitment.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable engaging with individuals over the phone.
• Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, and data management tools.
• Exceptional communication and follow-up abilities.
• Organized, dependable, and enthusiastic about learning.
• Self-driven and capable of achieving daily and weekly goals.
• Must possess a personal computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.
