Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

• Source and attract candidates through various channels

• Conduct initial screenings in English

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain pipelines and update ATS systems

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 required)

• Experience in recruiting for roles in Legal, Healthcare, Marketing, Customer Support, or similar verticals

• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
