Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, which includes managing ATS and sourcing candidates.

• Perform outbound calls and evaluate candidates.

• Schedule interviews and maintain ongoing communication with candidates.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and enhance hiring efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.

• Proficiency in managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Strong experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• Exceptional skills in candidate screening and interviewing.

• Capability to handle multiple job openings and recruitment priorities at once.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
