This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in full-cycle recruiting, which includes job postings, tracking candidates, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, screening applications, and conducting initial video interviews.
• Evaluate candidates and suggest qualified individuals for the next phases of the hiring process.
• Develop and sustain proactive candidate pipelines tailored to specific markets.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to address talent requirements and formulate recruiting strategies.
• Act as the main recruiter for Rowan Nurses, facilitating new studio openings and staffing for current locations.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions and challenging markets.
• Follow up with hiring managers regarding feedback, candidate next steps, and any outstanding actions.
• Guide candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely and respectful communication of status updates.
• Educate and assist hiring managers in best practices for recruiting and the use of ATS.
• Prepare and present job offers in accordance with company guidelines.
• Aid in the processing and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Keep accurate candidate records within the ATS and internal systems.
• Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and company policies.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of experience managing all aspects of recruitment and hiring in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Previous high-volume nurse recruitment experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in building a talent pipeline.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive and self-sufficient, with a knack for taking the initiative.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of hiring and recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in or able to swiftly learn applicant tracking systems or recruitment software like Lever.
• Solid understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
• HR Certification (APHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software.
• Collaborative and positive attitude with enthusiasm for Rowan.
