Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluating resumes/CVs on various online recruitment platforms

• Conducting competency-based interviews

• Developing technical assessments

• Maintaining candidate communication throughout the hiring process

• Overseeing multiple job vacancies at the same time

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection (consultancy or agency experience is advantageous)

• Proficient in using recruitment platforms (such as LinkedIn, Catho, Pandapé, etc.)

• Expertise in conducting competency-based interviews

• Background in operational, technical, and/or strategic roles

• Strong communication, organizational capabilities, and analytical skills

• Active CNPJ (registered company tax ID) for independent contractors

• Willingness to work remotely

• Access to a functional laptop or desktop computer

• Microsoft Office suite installed and operational

• Reliable internet connection, headset with microphone, and a professional work environment

• Capability to handle multiple job openings concurrently

• Agility and dedication

• Education: Bachelor's degree
