Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluating resumes on various online recruitment platforms

• Conducting interviews based on competency frameworks

• Creating technical assessments for candidates

• Guiding candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process

• Overseeing multiple job vacancies at the same time

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in recruitment and selection (consultancy experience is an advantage)

• Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Catho, Pandapé, etc.)

• Proficient in conducting competency-based interviews

• Experience in operational, technical, and/or strategic positions

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

• Valid CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) to work as an independent contractor

• Availability for remote work

• A laptop or computer in optimal working condition

• Microsoft Office installed and operational

• Reliable internet connection, headset with microphone, and a professional workspace

• Capability to handle multiple job openings at once

• Quick adaptability and dedication

• Bachelor's degree

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
