This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
• Leverage a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to draw in qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Ensure accurate and current candidate and job information is maintained within the applicant tracking system.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to guarantee a positive recruitment experience.
• Continuously enhance recruitment strategies by analyzing market trends and recruitment metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in remote or international hiring settings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset towards recruitment challenges.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
