This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Actively seek candidates: Employ various strategies and platforms to identify and attract talent.

• Interviews and candidate evaluation: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess experience and skills.

• Management of candidate database: Maintain and update information regarding current and potential candidates for future opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience as a recruiter.

• Knowledge of ATS (preferred).

• Experience recruiting via LinkedIn.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to evaluate candidates.

• Familiarity with talent search tools and job platforms.
