This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle, from initial stages to offer acceptance.

• Identify and recruit IT specialists for key accounts, mainly on a contractual basis.

• Conduct client intake sessions to determine qualification standards and candidate expectations.

• Evaluate resumes and applications, and interview potential candidates.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for upcoming opportunities.

• Advertise job openings on career websites, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.

• Foster relationships with Account Managers, Recruiters, candidates, and IT professionals.

• Utilize Sense messaging and other AI tools for effective communication.

• Manage consultants and candidates using Bullhorn ATS, as well as Fieldglass, Beeline, and Simplify VMS solutions.

• Engage in daily recruiting team meetings to review requisitions and prioritize urgent positions.

• Provide 8–10 qualified candidates to clients weekly, pending Account/Delivery Manager approval.

• Represent PTR Global with professionalism, integrity, and consistency.

• Demonstrated experience in agency IT contract staffing.

• Solid understanding of W2 IT requirements.

• Dependable network connectivity.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to engage effectively with both candidates and clients.
