This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Responsible for recruiting across both technical (engineering, data, product, IT) and non-technical (G&A, operations, sales, marketing, CS) positions.
• Demonstrated success in international recruiting while managing multiple time zones.
• Proficient in utilizing modern sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, advanced Boolean/X-ray).
• Exhibits strong judgment and quick calibration, effectively distinguishing between valuable signals and noise, and providing tactful advice.
• Employs a data-driven approach: establishes SLAs, analyzes funnel metrics, and iterates to achieve targets.
• Exceptional written communication skills: direct, inclusive, and capable of managing the recruitment funnel from start to finish.
• Conducts structured intakes, defines must-haves, creates scorecards, and sets SLAs.
• Engages in sourcing, screening, interviewing, debriefing, extending offers, and closing candidates.
• Sources talent without geographical constraints.
• Builds diverse candidate pipelines utilizing LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, and advanced Boolean/X-ray techniques across various regions and time zones.
• Crafts clear, inclusive outreach messages and high-converting job advertisements.
• Aims to elevate recruitment standards.
• Designs and coordinates structured interviews and light assessments.
• Drives consistent decision-making through clear rubrics and disciplined debriefs.
• Scales the recruitment engine effectively.
• Establishes and enhances scalable processes, interview kits, and playbooks.
• Maintains exceptional ATS hygiene (stages, notes, tags), automates where beneficial, and ensures tight communication.
• Monitors funnel metrics, identifies bottlenecks, and implements rapid improvements.
• Closes the loop on recruitment processes.
• Calibrates compensation and leveling, conducts references/background checks as necessary.
• Closes candidates promptly, clearly, and ensures a standout experience.
• Empowers stakeholders.
• Coaches interviewers on signal-rich questions and enhancing decision quality.
• Provides weekly updates on the pipeline and offers actionable recommendations to the Talent Lead and hiring teams.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
• Experience with ATS—Ashby preferred (Lever/Greenhouse or similar relevant experience also acceptable).
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a candidate-first approach.
• High level of ownership and urgency: thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps pipelines moving, and closes loops independently.
