This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting a shortlist of qualified candidates for a range of technical positions.
• You will develop a robust talent pipeline and assist in the hiring and retention of skilled professionals for our clients.
• Determine the most effective strategies for recruiting and attracting candidates.
• Draft and publish job descriptions.
• Identify potential candidates on specialized platforms such as LinkedIn or other relevant databases.
• Analyze specialized skills and qualifications to evaluate applicants' resumes.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ capabilities.
• Pre-interview candidates using a combination of methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to anticipate department goals and hiring requirements.
• Create and send personalized recruitment emails featuring current job openings to passive candidates.
• Draft job offer letters.
• Enhance the company’s reputation as an excellent workplace.
• Execute job and task analyses to outline job responsibilities and requirements.
• Stay informed on emerging technological trends and products.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Recruiter.
• Practical experience with various interview formats (Zoom, Skype, Phone, Google Meet).
• Technical proficiency with the ability to understand and articulate job requirements for IT roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
