📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting process for various positions, from initiation to closure.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish search strategies, set hiring criteria, and determine interview methodologies.

• Develop candidate pipelines, proactively source, and engage top-tier candidates for key roles.

• Implement streamlined, personalized processes that ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain momentum in searches by fostering alignment, identifying bottlenecks early, and refining the process as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 to 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth startups, SaaS, or fast-paced tech environments.

• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently with a high level of autonomy.

• Excellent sourcing capabilities and the ability to create pipelines from scratch for challenging roles.

• Strong judgment in evaluating candidates and managing processes effectively.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity without waiting for a clear structure.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling rapid trust-building across all organizational levels.

• Keen attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to juggle multiple searches simultaneously.
