Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from reviewing applications to conducting interviews.

• You conduct qualitative interviews to assess not only skills but also the cultural fit of candidates.

• You create compelling and brand-compliant job postings, positioning our company as an attractive employer.

• You support candidates from the initial contact to the contract signing and ensure an excellent onboarding process.

• You collaborate closely with the respective departments and leaders to clearly define job requirements and plan recruiting needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, ideally in a fast-growing digital or remote company.

• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor in video interviews.

• Structured and self-reliant working style in a remote environment.

• Deep understanding of the importance of company culture and values in recruiting.

• Experience with Factorial is desirable.

• Proficient in using communication tools for remote work (Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.).
