📋 Description

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling candidates.

• Candidate Relationship Management: Serve as a true advocate for our candidates, ensuring that every individual feels acknowledged, valued, and well-supported through a personalized, human-centered recruitment approach.

• Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to ensure that hiring strategies align with both immediate and long-term growth objectives.

• Candidate Experience: Guarantee that every candidate—regardless of the final decision—has a professional, transparent, and engaging recruitment experience.

• Pipeline Development: Sustain a consistent "bench" of talent for roles with high turnover or rapid growth, ensuring no interruptions in the hiring process.
