This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
⢠Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling candidates.
⢠Candidate Relationship Management: Serve as a true advocate for our candidates, ensuring that every individual feels acknowledged, valued, and well-supported through a personalized, human-centered recruitment approach.
⢠Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to ensure that hiring strategies align with both immediate and long-term growth objectives.
⢠Candidate Experience: Guarantee that every candidateāregardless of the final decisionāhas a professional, transparent, and engaging recruitment experience.
⢠Pipeline Development: Sustain a consistent "bench" of talent for roles with high turnover or rapid growth, ensuring no interruptions in the hiring process.
⢠Previous recruiting experience is not necessary; we prioritize attitude and provide training for skill development.
⢠Tech-Forward Mindset: You possess a natural affinity for technology and can quickly adapt to new tools, ensuring high data integrity within our ATS platform.
⢠Availability to work 35 hours per week.
⢠Commission-Based (Earning potential based on placement success).
