📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment process for contract staffing roles for IT clients of Ink IT Solutions.

• Develop job descriptions and effectively communicate them in the public domain as well as to potential candidates.

• Construct a candidate persona for each open position or mandate.

• Identify potential candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and implement the appropriate screening process.

• Conduct reference checks and verify the credibility of candidates.

• Present shortlisted candidates to the client in an engaging manner.

• Collaborate closely with client SPOCs throughout the recruitment cycle for each mandate.

• Implement a sustainable candidate lead strategy to ensure backup options are available.

• Utilize technology tools employed at Ink IT Solutions to manage the candidate lifecycle and provide daily and weekly updates to maintain accurate data.

• Utilize social media and digital tools to source, engage, and manage candidates effectively.

• Enhance employer branding through digital platforms.

• Adhere to the processes established by Ink IT Solutions as well as the requirements specified by clients.

• Develop a plan based on assigned targets and execute it to achieve those goals.

• Demonstrate a desire to make a significant impact, actively learn best practices, and apply them as necessary.

• Analyze market trends related to the skill sets sought in the industry, including in-demand skills, candidate behaviors, and popular talent attraction methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in recruitment within the IT staffing service line and hiring in the IT sector; IT contract staffing experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including the use of technology such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social recruiting methods, and job portals.

• In-depth knowledge of various candidate selection methods and engagement strategies, particularly in the IT contract staffing sector.

• Good grasp of employer branding strategies.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with good listening abilities; persuasive and empathetic in conversations.
