• Manage the complete recruitment and selection process from start to finish.
• Match candidate profiles, advertise job vacancies, and engage in active sourcing (hunting).
• Evaluate résumés and carry out video interviews.
• Conduct assessments and tests as necessary for the position.
• Create candidate evaluations and reports.
• Maintain and update information and progress in the applicant tracking system.
• Offer feedback and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Prior experience in recruitment and selection for various roles.
• A dedicated home-office setup for remote work.
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms and online tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and the capability to manage priorities effectively.
• Progressive commission structure based on hires finalized within the month:
• 1 hire: 15%
• 2 hires: 18%
• 3 hires: 22%
• 5 or more hires: 30%
• Cost allowance:
• R$ 250/month, contingent upon a minimum of 2 hires closed during the period.
