This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and evaluate candidates for around 3 active job openings simultaneously, contributing to a team objective of approximately 5 placements each month.
• Perform initial screenings to determine candidate fit, including evaluating communication skills, alignment with the role, and readiness for client engagement.
• Conduct structured preparation calls to equip candidates for client interviews, which include mock Q&A sessions and coaching specific to the role.
• Compose thorough endorsement notes in ClickUp for every candidate you advance, providing specific, evidence-based evaluations rather than generic "strong candidate" comments.
• Collaborate directly with account managers and clients to ensure alignment on the true profile required for each requisition, beyond just the job description.
• Establish and nurture candidate relationships throughout the placement journey and beyond.
• Proactively identify quality issues, process gaps, or misalignment in sourcing early on—do not wait until the client screening phase.
• Manage your own pipeline and ClickUp cards with regular updates; ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Monitor your own metrics and take responsibility for team KPIs related to quality, retention, and time to hire.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a remote staffing or agency setting.
• Strong instincts for assessing candidate quality—you can distinguish between those who interview well and those who will excel in their roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—your endorsement notes, candidate correspondence, and client interactions reflect on Hireframe.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across varying timelines, client types, and roles.
• A strong sense of ownership—you track your own metrics, identify your own obstacles, and do not wait for prompts to provide updates.
• Familiarity with recruiting and team tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Meet/Zoom/Loom.
• Capable of delivering honest assessments of candidates, including identifying potential red flags even if you have a favorable opinion of them.

• Must be fully available to work from 12am to 9am PHT as a permanent schedule—this is a non-negotiable requirement.
