This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and Attract Outstanding Talent

• Create innovative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and various recruitment channels.

• Establish robust talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring requirements.

• Actively seek out and engage with passive candidates for essential roles.

• Oversee the Complete Recruitment Cycle

• Analyze resumes and assess candidate qualifications.

• Conduct preliminary phone and video interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, and overall suitability.

• Organize interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to offer.

• Keep candidates updated throughout every phase of the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers

• Partner with department leaders to grasp hiring requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

• Enhance Recruitment Operations

• Maintain precise candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and hiring effectiveness.

• Contribute to employer branding efforts that enhance High Scale's visibility in the talent market.

• Represent the High Scale Brand

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience in an agency, BPO, outsourcing, or rapidly growing company.

• Proficient sourcing experience through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Familiarity with supporting remote or global hiring is advantageous.

• You genuinely enjoy meeting new individuals and fostering meaningful professional relationships.

• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to effectively evaluate communication, experience, problem-solving capabilities, and cultural fit.

• Comfortable making hiring recommendations based on objective assessments.

• Capable of managing multiple open positions while ensuring excellent candidate communication and attention to detail.

• Preferred experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools.
