This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned roles across various functions, from initial intake to offer acceptance.

• Collaborate directly with hiring managers to define what "best-in-industry" means and align on levels, competencies, and success metrics.

• Create and implement targeted sourcing strategies to proactively attract high-caliber talent.

• Represent Grüns in the market with authenticity and enthusiasm, effectively communicating our mission, culture, and growth trajectory.

• Foster a sense of urgency throughout each search while ensuring quality and alignment are maintained.

• Ensure a high-touch, transparent candidate experience from the first outreach to the final close.

• Monitor pipeline health, hiring metrics, and time-to-fill, utilizing data to guide prioritization and process enhancements.

• Maintain Greenhouse with exceptional data integrity and adherence to processes.

• Build proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Assist with onboarding and cross-functional People initiatives as required.

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in ecommerce or high-growth settings.

• Proven success in identifying and securing top-tier talent.

• Exhibits outstanding judgment in talent assessment and upholding the hiring standards.

• Truly passionate about Grüns’ mission and enthusiastic about being a brand ambassador.

• Communicates effectively and confidently with candidates and stakeholders alike.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously.
