Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, starting from client kickoff calls and role definition to sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and placing talent.

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients, fostering relationships throughout the search process.

• Facilitate kickoff meetings to ensure alignment on job requirements, hiring criteria, recruitment processes, and timelines.

• Utilize traditional recruiting methods and AI-driven tools to source, screen, and evaluate candidates.

• Manage candidate pipelines and communications, ensuring that both clients and candidates are kept informed.

• Negotiate offers leading to signed agreements and successful placements.

• Take ownership of searches, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Keep precise records within the ATS and other recruitment systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably encompassing full-cycle or full-desk recruiting.

• Proven track record of managing the complete recruitment process from client kickoff calls to offer negotiation and placement.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for sourcing, screening, and recruitment workflows.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.

• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities with both clients and candidates.

• Self-driven and organized, capable of managing a remote workload independently.

• Comfortable collaborating with a distributed team across various time zones.

• Experience in recruiting within the tech or professional services sectors is a plus.

• Familiarity with contemporary ATS platforms like Ashby and recruitment CRM tools is advantageous.

• Previous agency or staffing experience is beneficial.

• An English version of the CV is required.
