This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with team leadership to strategize on recruiting and sales tactics, assess client needs, and implement methods for achieving high order fill rates.
• Provide feedback on improvements to systems, workflows, or benefits.
• Broaden the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other avenues utilizing the company database.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Develop and publish job descriptions and advertisements.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.
• Determine candidates’ critical success factors using behavioral and situational interview methods.
• Qualify candidates and submit them to client facilities as per submission guidelines.
• Oversee the recruitment processes including submission, interview, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with account managers to optimize interviews and offers while enhancing submission-to-placement ratios.
• Negotiate the components of candidate packages while considering gross margin objectives.
• Extend employment offers to chosen clinicians under the guidance of client facility and SBU leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, including scheduling start dates and preparing pre-onboarding documentation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates via phone and email throughout their assignments.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, offering support and guidance.
• Identify redeployment opportunities for contract employees and assist with transitions to new roles.
• Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Keep precise candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed on industry trends, recruitment techniques, and competitor insights.
• Suggest recruitment strategies and methods to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
• Minimum of three years of recruiting experience; experience in healthcare recruiting is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of business functions and the impact of services, business strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency in using electronic hardware and software applications relevant to the role.
• Capability to work independently and proactively identify and meet business needs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess work, set objectives, create action plans, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to proactively gather and convey information tailored to the audience.
• Commitment to addressing customer needs and expectations.
• Skills to influence or alter others’ perspectives and opinions.
• Proficiency in engaging effectively in discussions.
• Knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain accurate candidate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS).
