• 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment.

• Proficiency in resume screening, interviewing, and navigating dynamic job markets.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.

• Strong consultative mindset and sales orientation for engaging with professionals.

• Experience working remotely and managing deliverables autonomously.

• Capability to adapt to evolving project needs and provide strategic insights.

• Previous exposure to AI-driven projects or data-centric environments is a plus.
