Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and oversee vacant salaried, general labor, and trades positions within the remote services division.

• Create job postings and identify suitable sourcing channels.

• Evaluate candidates through resume assessments and phone interviews.

• Engage in recruitment strategy discussions with hiring managers.

• Develop candidate pipelines to meet future recruitment demands.

• Design performance-focused phone interview questions for hourly field positions.

• Confirm offer letter details with HR and the Workforce Planning & Business Analyst.

• Draft and deliver precise offer letters.

• Ensure timely completion of new-hire onboarding documentation.

• Facilitate and conduct new-hire orientation sessions.

• Engage in recruitment information events and career fairs.

• Maintain recruitment tracking spreadsheets and manage candidates using Smart Recruiters ATS.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting for industrial and skilled trades across various locations.

• Exceptional level of professional and timely customer service, both internally and externally.

• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment and create candidate pipelines in competitive labor markets.

• Proactive in developing innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.

• Capable of sourcing both active and passive candidates.

• Effective collaboration and communication skills with Human Resources and other stakeholders.

• Experience with Smart Recruiters is a plus.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and MS Outlook.
