This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract qualified candidates by creating recruitment strategies to meet and sustain necessary staffing levels.

• Continuously cultivate a diverse and high-quality pipeline of prospects for future job openings.

• Collaborate with hiring managers as a business partner to formulate strategies, comprehend position requirements, and grasp departmental culture.

• Evaluate candidates and link highly qualified individuals with hiring managers.

• Engage in decision-making processes with relevant stakeholders.

• Establish relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to develop a talent pipeline and source candidates.

• Conduct thorough screening calls.

• Recognize success factors at Cranial Technologies and effectively shortlist applicants.

• Coordinate with key stakeholders to understand expectations and business needs for each area.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee, patient, and other sensitive information.

• Arrange candidate interviews and assist in posting job requisitions.

• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or recruitment coordination is preferred.

• Over 2 years of general work experience.

• Must possess confidence in personal judgments and be open to feedback.

• Ability to comprehend position, hiring manager, and company priorities while setting aside personal biases.

• Demonstrated sense of urgency without compromising accuracy.

• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in computer skills, including advanced Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Strong ability to multi-task.

• Detail-oriented, organized self-starter capable of prioritizing workload.

• Professional demeanor in appearance, language, and actions.

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not provided.
