This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct a comprehensive position intake discussion with the hiring leader to clarify job specifications.
• Promptly assess applicants who have submitted their applications through the applicant tracking system.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to the job vacancy.
• Identify candidates using resume databases and networking platforms through advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Source candidates through social media channels and sophisticated deep web sourcing methods.
• Create targeted lists of passive candidates leveraging member subscriptions and technologies.
• Seek and follow up on referrals from professional networks and/or internal sources.
• Use proprietary software for mobile and email outreach to talent communities.
• Employ a strategic mix of media to engage with the talent community (phone, email, campaigns, network introductions, and social media).
• Offer value propositions specifically tailored to each candidate's situation and level of interest in the position.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing logistical details, interview schedules, suitable attire recommendations, and expectations for follow-up from the recruiter; offer additional guidance as necessary.
• Ensure all candidates receive timely updates regarding the status of their applications and interviews.
• Maintain a strong awareness of the interest levels and concerns of top candidates throughout the process.
• Conduct professional and insightful phone interviews, incorporating industry and role-specific probing questions as the discussion unfolds.
• Handle challenging conversations to gather pertinent information effectively.
• Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments against requisition specifications to assess candidate suitability for the role.
• Consider factors relevant to candidate fit within the team and cultural alignment.
• Review background and reference information when the process requires it.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process up to their start date, in coordination with HR colleagues managing the onboarding process.
• Continuously cultivate a talent pipeline to ensure multiple candidates are actively considered at all times.
• Update the hiring manager on any market changes that may impact the hiring process or talent community.
• Clearly articulate job offers and strive for candidate acceptance.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager to ensure the candidate accepts the offer.
• Maintain strict compliance with all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards).
• Exhibit expertise in segment, practice, or industry.
• Strive to deliver a robust candidate slate for each requisition.
• Provide accurate and consistent reporting of recruiting activities.
• Identify perceived challenges in searches and research solutions in collaboration with leadership (and hiring manager as appropriate).
• Proactively and consistently communicate the status of each search to the hiring manager.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is required. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of three years of results-driven recruiting experience in an in-house or RPO environment.
• Prior experience in the clinical research field is required.
• Previous experience in identifying talent within North America and Western Europe is highly preferred.
• Experience in identifying statistical talent is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with various applicant tracking systems is required. Experience with Oracle is highly preferred.
• Ability to support a large, complex, and matrixed organization.
• Capability to showcase expertise in niche segments or industries.
• Ability to leverage technologies in the recruiting process to enhance efficiency.
• Adherence to documentation and compliance processes is essential.
• Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques is required.
