This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Attracting, engaging, and recruiting qualified talent to meet the organization's hiring requirements.
• Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles, overseeing everything from requisition intake to the new hire’s first day.
• Collaborating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey, providing market insights, hiring trends, and strategic guidance.
• Developing sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract both active and passive candidates through networking, referrals, social media, talent mapping, and various sourcing techniques.
• Facilitating hiring strategy meetings, interview pre-briefs, candidate evaluations, and offer negotiations to ensure a streamlined, consistent, and high-quality selection process.
• Working closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation teams, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to prepare offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Establishing and maintaining talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Monitoring recruiting metrics and leveraging hiring data to enhance sourcing efforts, candidate quality, and time-to-fill.
• Ensuring adherence to all employment regulations and company policies.
• Advising hiring managers on recruiting procedures and interview best practices.
• Representing the organization at networking events, career fairs, industry associations, and community outreach initiatives to enhance employer branding and expand talent pipelines.
• Managing assigned requisition workload while achieving established recruiting service level expectations and KPIs.
• Engaging in Talent Acquisition projects aimed at process enhancement, technology optimization, employer branding, workforce planning, and strategic recruiting initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military service.
• At least two years of recruiting experience in a multi-state organization.
• Proven experience recruiting sales talent, including outside sales, inside sales, account executives, sales leadership, and other revenue-generating positions.
• Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders, influencing hiring strategies, and providing consultative solutions.
• Sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, industry networks, or other innovative sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with competency-based and behavioral-based interview techniques.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Workday Recruiting is preferred.
• Experience in interpreting recruiting metrics and market data to drive ongoing process improvements and influence hiring decisions is preferred.
• Experience in creating sourcing strategies and recruiting for sales positions (outside sales, inside sales, account executives).
• Understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Strong skills in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and relationship building.
• Ability to effectively present job opportunities and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
