This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Cultivate strong relationships to comprehend ChowNow’s ever-evolving organization.

• Take ownership of recruitment efforts for various roles across multiple departments, encompassing both technical and non-technical positions.

• Formulate innovative recruiting strategies and serve as a consultant to hiring managers and senior executives.

• Emphasize proactive networking, diversity recruitment, and creative methods for engaging passive candidates.

• Reports directly to the Recruiting Manager.

• No direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Full Cycle Recruiting (including scheduling) within the technology sector.

• Demonstrated success in building pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates across various disciplines, including both technical and non-technical roles.

• Previous experience in extending offers and successfully closing candidates, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Developed skills in boolean searching.

• Adopt a partnership approach when collaborating with engaged hiring managers.

• Proven experience in developing and leveraging your network to engage and attract passive candidates.

• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with a preference for Lever.

• Skilled in effectively managing a high volume of candidates.

• Commitment to delivering excellence while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Enjoy crafting engaging and personalized messages with a proven track record of high response rates.

• Highly organized with your pipeline, ensuring candidates do not fall into the black hole.
