This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Drive proactive sourcing initiatives through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods) to create robust talent pipelines.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate passive candidates for immediate and future recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role specifications and formulate targeted sourcing strategies.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
• Execute independent searches for specialized or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Maintain and monitor candidate pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures for new employees.
• Provide support to employees and candidates regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Generate hiring and HR reports, including pipeline health, sourcing efficiency, and hiring metrics.
• Engage in virtual job fairs and other recruitment events to attract talent.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and talent mapping.
• Proven track record in filling hard-to-fill or niche roles, preferably across diverse industries.
• Experience in hiring for US-based positions and knowledge of US employment practices.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/HRIS tools like Salesforce or BambooHR).
• Must be available to work within a US time zone (PST) and commit to a minimum of 45 hours per week.
